台南の「娟姐牛肉湯」の牛肉湯
2023 年 05 月半ばに、高雄に向かう途中、台南の「娟姐牛肉湯」という店で、
牛肉湯 (小, 100 元) 、肉燥飯 (25 元) 、芥蘭牛肉 (120 元) を食べたでご
ざる。台南の牛肉湯はとにかく美味いでござる。いつ食べてもしみじみと美味
いでござる。旨味たっぷりで、やさしい味で素晴らしいでござる。
この「娟姐牛肉湯」という店でござるが、 Google Maps での評価が高かった
のでござるが、その高評価の一部の理由は「五星評論送魯豆腐一塊」 (「五つ
星の高評価をくれたら煮豆腐一つを差し上げまする」) なのかもしれぬでござ
る。最近、評価のよい店に行ってみると、このように五つ星をくれたら飲み物
や小皿料理を差し上げまする、ということにしている場合が少なくないでござ
る。評価を歪めると思うので、好ましいことではないように思うでござる。
