If you are not sure whether your setting for Wi-Fi or VPN is correct, try to connect to following web page. By connecting following web page, the IP address that you are using is shown. If it is starting with "140.115", then you are using the computer network of our university, otherwise you are using other network (e.g. 中華電信, 遠傳電信, 台灣大哥大). If the IP address is not starting with "140.115", then there is something wrong with the settings of your Wi-Fi or VPN.
